Fabio Santos was raised in Agueda a small village North of Lisbon, located in the Averio region. One of the most colourful, yet understated destinations in Portugal. With diverse landscapes, this vibrant, artistic area is surrounded by great gastronomy.
Fabio’s restaurant in the heart of Hampton Hill, brings you dishes that have been inspired from both the Averio region as well as the vibrant city of Lisbon. Our menu will be seasonal, and our wines inspired from the Douro Region of Portugal – which offers the best in wine production. Dishes include SARDINHAS GRELHADAS, a delightful dish of grilled sardines with lemon, garlic, and parsley oil. As well as POLVO A LAGAREIRO, a popular dish of roasted octopus, red pepper, shallots, and crushed garlic potatoes. All our dishes are created by Fabio and his team.
